Home sinusitis remedy using garlic

For much garlic is the home treatment of choice when looking for a natural a sinus infection remedy. The garlic can be crushed and added to hot water and the steam inhaled as described above, or you can increase the use of garlic in your diet, again garlic is very alkaline and the benefits may well be connected with the acid/alkaline level in your blood. When the pH level is correct your body’s immune system can really get on with its work.

Home sinus treatment using salty water

Mix 1 teaspoon of table salt in a cup of warm water and use it to flush out the sticky mucus that is causing the blockage,  using a shot glass, tilt your head back, close one nostril with your thumb and sniff the solution with the open nostril. Then gently blow your nose. Repeat on the other side. While the water doesn’t get into the upper sinus cavities, if the lower cavities are free then drainage can happen naturally.

problems that many refer to as sinusitis? Before looking into that, let’s have a look at what exactly is sinusitis and what are its common symptoms.
